Managing Your Subscription and Billing
Transparency is key at Menuros. You can monitor your current plan, check your trial status, and manage your payments directly from the "Billing" section of your Dashboard.
1. Your Current Plan Overview
The Current Plan card gives you a real-time snapshot of your active subscription. Here you can find:
- Subscription Status: See if you are in your "Trial" period and the exact date it ends.
- Plan Details: Check your billing cycle (e.g., Monthly or Yearly) and the cost of your subscription.
- Features Included: A full list of what your plan offers, such as Unlimited Menu Items, Reservation System, and Advanced Analytics.
- Subscription ID: Your unique reference number for support inquiries.
2. Billing Actions and History
In the Billing Actions card, you have total control over your financial account:
- View Invoices & History: Click this button to access your complete billing history and download receipts for your accounting.
- Change Plan: Use this option if you wish to upgrade for more features or downgrade your current subscription.
3. Secure Management via Lemon Squeezy
For your security, Menuros uses Lemon Squeezy to handle all transactions. This ensures that your payment methods and data are managed by a world-class, encrypted provider.
In the Account Details card, you can:
- Update your payment methods.
- Check the Account Email and Account Holder linked to the billing.
- Access the secure portal to manage your subscription directly with the payment provider.
