Marketing Your Restaurant: QR Codes and Digital Links

Your digital menu is ready, and now it’s time to share it with your customers. You can find all the necessary tools in the "Marketing" section of your Dashboard.

1. Your Online Menu Link

The Online Menu Link card provides a direct URL to your mobile-optimized digital menu. This is the best way to reach customers before they even arrive at your restaurant.

  • Copy Link: Copy your unique URL to use in your Instagram Bio, Facebook profile, or Google Business listing.
  • Social Sharing: Share your menu link directly on your social media profiles

2. Instant QR Code Access

In the QR Code card, you can view and manage the physical access point to your menu. This allows customers to scan and view your dishes instantly from their smartphones.

  • Download PNG: Save a high-quality image of your QR Code to include in your printed menus, posters, or table tents.
  • Print QR: Open a print-ready page to quickly generate a physical copy of your QR Code for your tables.

Pro Tip: Placing QR Codes on every table and at the entrance significantly speeds up the ordering process and reduces wait times.

3. WhatsApp Reservations & Support

To provide a more personal touch, you can enable direct communication via the WhatsApp Reservations card.

  • Direct Contact: By adding your WhatsApp number, a button will appear on your public reservation page. This allows customers to send messages for special requests or quick questions.
  • Avoid Phone Calls: This feature helps reduce the number of phone calls and emails, keeping all inquiries in one easy-to-manage chat.
  • Optional Setup: If you prefer not to receive WhatsApp messages, simply leave the phone number field empty, and the button will remain hidden.

Setup Note: "Have questions or special requests?" – This message will guide your customers straight to your WhatsApp once the number is configured.
